White pizza spread with Doenjang-based sauce

Recipe in collaboration with Chef Sun Young Koo @needleandcooker

INGREDIENTS

    Doenjang 1 tablespoon, Gochujang (fermented chili paste) 1/3 tablespoon, chopped spring onions 1 tablespoon, acacia honey 1/2 tablespoon, crushed sesame seeds 1/2 tablespoon, salt to taste, sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon.

PREPARATION
1.

Combine the doenjang with the gochujang, chopped spring onions, acacia honey, crushed sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt to taste in a bowl.

2.

Blend all the ingredients together until a thick paste is formed.

3.

Spread the sauce over a slice of bread or on plain focaccia.
