INGREDIENTS

    60ml Hwayo 25
    5ml Dry Vermouth

    •Glass: Coupe or Nick and Nora
    •Garnish: Lemon zest
    •Method: Mixing glass

PREPARATION
1.

A less alcoholic variation of the classic Martini Cocktail. Instead of Gin or Vodka, high-quality Soju (Hwayo 25) is used.

Served ice-cold, it remains dry but balanced. Excellent as an aperitivo with fish dishes.
