Stir-fried Ramyun

 

 

INGREDIENTS

    – 1 Instant shin ramyun
    – 100g Soybean sprouts
    – ½ Lime
    – 20g Greek yogurt
    – 100g Frozen seafood
    – Seed oil

PREPARATION
1.

Thaw frozen seafood in lightly salted water.

2.

Cook ramyun noodle in water and drain.

3.

Pour seed oil and ramyun seasoning into a pan, sauté lightly then add seafood and ramyun.




4.

Add soybean sprouts and Greek yogurt, lime juice.

5.

Served in a deep dish.
