K-Food Week Paris 2023



From November 20 to 24, 2023, aTcenter Paris organized a special Korean food week at the Comédie-Française cafeteria. In collaboration with Midi et demi, the company managing the cafeteria, the event highlighted a diverse range of Korean products, offering free samples and recipes for collective meals, allowing chefs to create innovative menus.

Approximately 900 people, including actors from the Comédie-Française, had the opportunity to taste various Korean dishes such as mandu (dumplings), kimchi, fruit salad with maesilcheong (plum syrup), bulgogi, ginger cake, dakgangjeong (Korean fried chicken), vegan mandu, doenjang (soybean paste) soup, bibimbap, fish with gochujang (chili paste) sauce, buckwheat noodles with kimchi jeon (pancakes), pork bulgogi sandwiches, ramen salad, and green tea cake. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants praising the freshness and flavor of the dishes.
