Cut the kimchi into pieces
Sauté the kimchi in the pan with cooking oil and stir regularly.
Add sugar, chopped garlic and gochugaru (optional).
Continue to sauté for a while, then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Stir a little more before stopping the cooking. Then sprinkle a little sesame seeds on the kimchi.
Blanch the tofu in salted water to give it a better taste (optional)
Cut the tofu and arrange it next to the kimchi on a plate. You can sprinkle the tofu with toasted sesame seeds if you want.
