Oat, misutgaru & coffee breakfast smoothie

All-in-one breakfast smoothie full of vitamins and nutriments!

INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup rolled jumbo oats (60g)
    2 teaspoons misutgaru
    1 tablespoon hulled hemp sveeds
    1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
    1/2 teaspoon linseeds
    Dates or other natural sweetener to taste
    1 cup water
    1 espresso

PREPARATION

Prepare your coffee and let it cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.

Mix all the seeds and add a few dates to sweeten the smoothie naturally.

Add the water and mix all the ingredients together except the coffee.

Once a smooth texture is obtained, add the coffee in last. Avoiding adding the coffee at the same time as the other ingredients helps preserves a smooth texture. Indeed when coffee is in contact with oats, it tends to thicken like a porridge.

Serve and enjoy.

You can also adjust the taste with sugar according to your taste or enjoy it without added sugar.

You can customize this smoothie to your taste by using for example matcha instead of coffee or just using misutgaru powder instead of coffee.

Conseils

For a better digestion, prepare all the ingredients except the coffee the previous evening and let it rest all night long before mixing.
