Heat the empty wok.
When it’s heated, add the oil and chicken breast, stirring constantly.
When the chicken breast has gained enough color, add the julienned zucchini and cook it with the chicken, carefully keeping its crispy quality.
Add the soy sauce, the honey, the vinegar, the red soybean paste, the white wine, the ginger root, one dash of salt and two turns of a pepper tower, then mix.
Cook it on high heat, mixing constantly.
Once the meat is done, turn off the heat and add the sesame oil. Stir again.
Serve immediately with rice.
