2022 Specialty Fine Food Fair(SFFF) in London



In the 2022 edition of the Specialty Fine Food Fair in London, aT Paris participated as the Korean pavilion with a dozen of exporters and importers of Korean agri-food products. Following the healthy and vegetarian food trend, aT Paris presented various varieties of Kimchi as well as other vegetarian or vegan ingredients.

And, visitors to the pavilion were able to taste 2 vegetarian dishes, tuna and Kimchi pasta as well as Bibim-cauliflower. On the cooking demonstration program, Taste the Trends Kitchen, Chef Steve Walpole cooked chicken supreme with yuja sauce accompanied by Kimchi fried rice.
