Cut the kimchi into small pieces
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, Gochuang, sugar, half a spoon of gochugaru each (Korean chili powder) and mix well.
Put Korean thin noodles, Somyeon, in boiling water. 200g around 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain the noodles and run some cold water over the noodles to cool them down. Drain.
Put the seasoned kimchi, noodles, and 1 or 2 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large salad bowl. Mix.
