2022 WorldFood Poland in Warsaw



After 2 years of absence due to the Covid19 pandemic, aT Paris returned to the WorldFood Poland 2022 with 8 Korean manufacturers and/or exporters.

In honor of the Poles who have a great culture of fermented vegetables, such as kiszona kapusta(sauerkraut) or ogórki kiszone(cucumber pickles), the Korean pavilion offered tastings of 4 dishes with Kimchi, Korean fermented vegetables, of Baechu(Kimchi cabbage), the most famous type of Kimchi in Europe.

The 4 dishes, Squid ink spaghetti with Kimchi, Śledzie marynowane (Polish-style fermented herring) with Kimchi, hummus with Kimchi and pulled pork taco with Kimchi were cooked on site by Chef Artur Michałowski.
