Red Soybean Farfalles and Lemon

A lightning recipe for a detox day

INGREDIENTS

    4 servings

    • 20 cl heavy cream
    • 2 tbsp red soybean paste
    • Lemon zest and juice
    • 1 green onion
    • 500 gr farfalles
    • Olive oil
    • Kosher Salt
PREPARATION
1.

Pour 5 litres of water into a big pot, add a spoon of kosher salt and let it boil.

When water starts boiling, add the fresh pasta and cook them according to the label instructions

In a wok, add one spoon of olive oil, the lemon zest and let it brew at low heat for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the green onion and add the white part to the wok.

Add the red soybean, then the lemon juice

6.

Incorporate the cream, stir.

7.

Strain the pasta and put it in the wok, with the heat still on, and stir.

8.

Add the green part of the onion and serve immediately.
