Korean yuzu pie

A delicious and simple recipe made with Korean sweet yuzu marmelade (yujacha).

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 sheet of prepared puff pastry
    • 100g yujacha (Korean yuzu marmelade)
    • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
    • 4 tablespoons skimmed Greek yogurt
    • 1 egg
    • a handful of red fruits
    • a little icing sugar to sprinkle
PREPARATION
1.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put baking paper together on a baking sheet. Book.

Spread the puff pastry sheet and with the help of a knife cut rectangles about 4 cm x 6 cm.

Pinch the center of each rectangle with a fork and place them on the baking sheet.

In a bowl mix the cheese with the yogurt with a spoon, so that a smooth and soft cream remains.

Cover with a teaspoon of this cream the center of each puff pastry rectangle.

Beat the egg in a bowl and using a cooking brush, paint the edges of each piece.

7.

Bake for about 20 minutes until puff pastry is golden brown.

8.

Cover the center of each puff pastry with yujacha.

Garnish with a little icing sugar and some red fruits.
