500 g beef sirloin, 4-5 tablespoons Ganjang (Korean soy sauce), 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons pear juice, ½ tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger juice, 1 tablespoon rice wine, ½ tablespoon crushed sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
Marinating is a fundamental step to impart flavor and tenderness to the meat, which should be marinated in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
To prepare the marinade, pour Ganjang, brown sugar, pear juice, minced garlic, ginger juice, rice wine, crushed sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil into a bowl.
After marinating, the beef should be sliced thinly and evenly to ensure quick and uniform cooking.
