In 2023, the Korean pavilion returned to the International Food & Drink Event (IFE) in London. A dozen of Korean manufacturers and/or exporters presented their products such as non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, snacks and confectionery, Korean ginseng, seaweed and Jang.
The 3 tasting dishes have been developed in line with the K-Food craze as well as the healthy and vegetarian eating trend. Kimchi-jeon (a kind of savory pancake with Kimchi), Tteokpokki (rice cakes with sweet-spicy sauce) and Saesongi mushroom skewers with soy sauce were on the menu and their recipe downloadable via a dedicated QR code demonstrated how to use Korean ingredients in everyday cooking.
