Yuja-cheong Tonic

Recipe in collaboration with barista Ji Hyeon Lee @12knotscoffee

INGRÉDIENTS

    – Ice cubes – 140 g 🧊

    – Yuja-cheong (Yuja marmalade) – 50 g

    – Sparkling water – 170 g

    – Cold brew – 30 g (optional)

PRÉPARATION
1.

Add 50 g Yuja-cheong to the cup

2.

Fill the cup with 140 g ice cubes

3.

Pour in 170 g sparkling water and mix well




4.

(Optional) Gently pour 30 g cold brew on top
